Doing different kinds of activities or tasks, but one looks forward and enjoy doing and accomplishing it. Engaging in different kinds of commitments, which include parenthood, marriage, volunteer commitments, and work responsibilities. Trying hard to work on a certain goal that can make a person's life easier and more comfortable. Feeling of alertness. Having a restful and long sleep because of attending to many activities. Indicators of bad stress You know that you are experiencing bad stress if you have the following symptoms: Moodiness or irritability Problematic sleeping Depression or sadness Smoking, over-eating, doing drugs, drinking excessive alcohol Allergic reactions like asthma or eczema Chest pain, stomach problems, and headache Feeling always hurried, pressured, and hassled What to do to manage stress? Even though stress is one of the inevitable things that man experiences in life, there are many simple ways for you to keep stress under control or moderation. Experts say that the best way to deal with stress is to determine how to cope with every stress, whether it is a good or bad stress. Knowing and and mastering how to de-stress can really help you deal with stress and any other kind of challenging and tiring circumstance. To help you get started, the following are some tips on keeping stress under your control: 1.Try to be realistic. Sometimes, the more you want to make things perfect, the more stressed out you become. Hence, it is very important to be realistic, for nothing is perfect in this world. It is okay to ask for help if you feel like you are already at the edge. 2. Set time for relaxation. If you are a workaholic, you are probably a stressed out employee. It is okay to become serious and focus at work. However, work is just work. There is more to life than work. Find time to relax and have fun every weekends when you are off at work. Relaxation is a perfect stress relief. Go somewhere quiet and peaceful or you can spend some fun time along with family and close friends. 3.Solve one problem at a time. At times when there is a lot of stressful things going on at your life, try to be calm. Focus your mind on the things you need to do to solve one problem at a time. If you panic, there is a big chance for you to be stressed out.
